Products No Longer Required
All products can be returned to us in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You will bear the costs of returning the item to us.
After 14 days, returns are carried out at our discretion. Please contact us to check if your return request is acceptable, and we will notify you of any associated costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25%.
You must contact us before returning any goods to obtain an RMA number for the return. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the returned goods, along with the senders’ details.
All goods must be returned complete, in the original units in which they were purchased. For example, if a pallet of stone is purchased, the full pallet must be returned – we cannot accept part returns.
Damaged Products, Shortages or Incorrect Deliveries
All deliveries must be checked on arrival to be in good order, and signed for as acceptable. If items are noticeably damaged, they must be signed for as “Damaged”.
Damages, shortages or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to ask for evidence of damage before replacements are sent.
If damages are reported, please do not use any undamaged items without our approval.
